At the twilight zone tea party of 2017 envisioning a world free of competition, greed and social injustice is fluffed off as a child’s dream. In reality the intention is a means to an enlightened end producing so many unsolvable contradictions that a utopia of the mind, by necessity, becomes one of the heart .
Marsia Shuron Harris sings in the “Land of the Groove” beautifully don’t you agree, about the myriad of life changes that carry us on the long winding road between the yin and yang. In the LOTG Human beings are happier — not because we cured cancer (we have far less) or got to Mars or eliminated racial prejudice— but because we’ve found ways to inhabit primitive communities again. That’s our utopia.5

In the LOTG morality has not been high jacked by religion.
“In the LOTG there’s nothing to prove, we won’t get fooled, in the land of the groove. I’m unborn again my friend still thinking like a dinosaur, we’ll stay close to the light where it’s warm at night. When this old world gets in your eyes and the beautiful ones they hypnotize you, be prepared for anything no shoes no shirt no servicing.”
